Processing Time

 

All orders are thoughtfully curated, hand-packed with care, and shipped within the timelines listed below (excluding weekends & holidays).

• Non-video orders: 5 - 7 business days

• Video orders: 7 - 10 business days

Processing times begin once the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and delivery status. Responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Michelle Belle Expressions LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages after delivery.
